Mohammed Bin Zayed City is a planned urban community of 320 acres that will, upon completion, support a population of 50,000. The master plan provides for 350 mid-rise towers, and a full complement of educational, cultural, commercial and institutional facilities.
The Master plan effort involved the participation of a number of firms. Okrent Associates assisted in the written documentation of the master plan and prepared a handbook of regulatory guidelines that will ensure that all development is consistent with the vision as set forth in the master plan.
